Do you charge hourly or by the job?
Do you have a minimum?
Yes we do. Based on the type of service our minimum charges vary. Along the Scott Road Corridor in North Delta/Surrey our minimum charge is $197. Our basic minimum service charge is $225 & minimum charges for Roof Soft Washing is $550
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. E-transfer, paypal, cheque and cash are all accepted.
Are you Insured?
Yes we are fully covered with WorkSafe BC coverage as well as Liability Insurance. We provide proof of both with each quote.
Do you offer neighbourhood discounts?
Yes we do! If both you and your neighbour book in for same day service, you both receive 10% off your estimate.
What services do you provide?

We charge by the job. We give our clients a set price to do the work which is agreed upon before we get started.
